Architected a sales automation tool (React, TypeScript, AWS) that digitized the on-site consultation workflow, using a rules engine to select heat pumps and auto-generate price offers, slashing quoting time from days to under one day. Engineered and maintain the company's ordering portal and automated lead-processing backend using AWS CDK.

Rapidly deployed a production-ready, serverless payment backend to meet a critical launch deadline. Architected the solution using Stripe, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB (TypeScript) to securely and automatically process all customer payments, allowing the startup to successfully launch and acquire its first users.

Co-developed the business model for a marketplace enabling startups to use alternative payment methods for services. Led the end-to-end technical execution, building the full-stack platform (Angular, Node.js, SQL on AWS) from concept to launch. Managed all AWS cloud infrastructure and operations, ensuring platform stability for initial user acquisition.

Engineered and deployed custom Industry 4.0 (IIoT) solutions, building real-time data pipelines that collected and processed production data directly from factory-floor manufacturing machines. Led the complex integration of new software processes with client-side enterprise systems, including various SQL databases and major ERPs. Drove the evolution of the internal web framework by architecting and building new core components, which increased developer productivity for all customer projects. Managed internal Linux servers, from administration and maintenance to handling customer application deployments.
